In its most basic form, text messages can be useful for delivering quick messages to clients or employees. They are limited to text, but have the advantage of being an immediate response to changing markets or for news flashes.
Virtual Impact have developed an administration interface for quick and easy to use message sending. This allows you to completely manage your own message service and maximises the rapidity of your content delivery.
SMS messages can be set up to contain a short code that allows for a reply to be sent back to the sender. These numbers are collated and can be linked automatically to a database or server for the purposes of carrying out an action such as performing a transaction, requesting information or making a booking. With Virtual Impact's administration interface, messages can be sent and managed by your own staff in a quick and easy to use manner. Alternatively, our in house technical support team can manage the campaign for you simply reporting the hit rates and effectiveness of each campaign.
