Q: Can you guarantee delivery to every phone?
A: Although we cannot guarantee that every client will receive the message, we are confident that we can maximise delivery rates and will provide a break down to show you how successful they have been.
Q: Why does a message fail?
A: Messages can fail for a variety of reasons. For SMS the phone might no longer be in use or the operator could have barred the number. For WAP push, if it is a very old phone, it might not have access to the web.
