Pankhurst Financial – SMS Campaign
A rapid deliver CRM system for contacting customers quickly.
Pankhurst Financial Services offer a variety of services from mortgages to debt recovery. Informing clients of updates to their accounts and Pankhurst’s own services had become increasingly problematic with email delivery rates falling due to changed addresses. Virtual Impact provided a means of direct CRM through SMS. Pankhurst used the Virtual Impact user interface to send as many messages as necessary, simply and easily, while maintaining the internal management of their CRM. Over the last year Pankhurst have successfully delivered between 400 to 2000 messages per month to current clients and staff. Delivery reports were collated for database cleansing to maintain efficiency.
The Ritz Club & Restaurant – WAP push Campaign
An innovative means of sending environmentally friendly invitations.
The Ritz required an innovative means of contacting their clients with invitations to unique events and celebrations held at the club’s restaurant. It was extremely important for the Ritz to know exactly who had received the video message and who had not, so Virtual Impact provided the means to monitor access rates in order to provide alternative means of contact where necessary. The campaign was a great success and led to the development of a ‘greener’ promotion with paperless Birthday and Christmas cards being sent via WAP push in the form of a video. Virtual Impact provided both the content and the means to send out the WAP messages through the Virtual Impact interface. This form of messaging proved a great success with Virtual Impact’s unique ability to analyse the view rate of the video content.
Amika – Bluetooth Proximity Marketing
A viral campaign to engage an audience and raise event awareness.
Amika had been nominated for ‘Best New Club 2007’ at the prestigious London Club Awards this year. They required a means of inviting the audience to their club after the event to celebrate if they won. Virtual Impact designed a video invite that reflected the company’s image and ethos, in collaboration with Veneer Parties, nominated for ‘Best London Club Promoter 2007’. Portable Bluetooth devices were taken to the award ceremony and set to send out the invitation, if Amika won the award. Fortunately, the evening was a great success and Amika not only won the award, but also held a great evening in their club on Kensington High Street. In total, 434 mobile phones were targeted with the invite, with a 66% pick up rate. The club was filled and a great evening celebrated by everyone involved.
